Teri Figarola Finance and Human Resources Director

Teri Figarola is the Finance and Human Resources Director at The Southern Region™. She is responsible for the oversight of the company’s human resources and accounting as well as the implementation of TSR’s Benefit Administration System. In other words, the heart of the company! With over 20 years experience in the Human Resources industry she is experienced in everything HR: payroll, benefits, hiring, budgets and policy implementation.
Teri is SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified. She graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration, with concentration in Finance, from the University of Miami (Go Canes!!!) and is a true accountant at heart. When she is not at TSR, Teri enjoys time with her family, drinking wine with friends, and traveling.
