Patricia Yero is the Director of Operations for The Southern Region™. She is responsible for driving growth and profitability, identify and resolve operational issues and direct strategic improvement projects. Patty also spearheads the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes with carrier partners.
Prior to her role at The Southern Region™, she spent the last 6 years in human resources and operations in various industries including technology, higher education and online marketing. Patty graduated with a Masters in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Miami and coursework at the London School of Economics. Outside of work, Patty enjoys traveling to new destinations with her husband, watching her favorite sports teams (Go Canes!) and enjoying Sarasota’s beautiful beaches.
