Melissa Gonzalez joined The Southern Region™ team in 2021 as the Renewals & Reclamation Administrator. She is licensed to sell health and life insurance in the state of Florida and is responsible for managing group renewals, account retention and reclaiming groups.

Melissa graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education/General Studies. Before her career at TSR, Melissa worked in educational leadership where she was head of the English department for all campuses at a Miami charter school.

In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and children, spending most of their time outdoors and being active. She enjoys fishing, swimming and playing sports with her family.
